Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 September 2026
These terms cover your use of this website. They don't govern the work we do for clients — that's set out in a separate agreement, described below.
Who we are
This site is operated by Newbuild Automation Ltd, company number 00000000, registered in the UK. You can reach us at hello@newbuildautomation.co.uk.
This website is informational
Everything on this site — service descriptions, the explanation of how our systems work, the FAQ, and the answers given by the chat widget — is general information about what we do. It isn't professional, technical or legal advice, and it isn't a recommendation about what any particular business should do.
We keep the content accurate and up to date as best we can, but we don't warrant that it's complete, current or error-free, and the site is provided on an "as is" basis.
Nothing here is a binding offer
Package descriptions and any pricing indications on this site are illustrative. Every system we build is scoped individually, so nothing on this page or elsewhere on the site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, or a commitment to work at a particular price.
Submitting the enquiry form or booking an audit call doesn't create a contract between us. It starts a conversation.
Services are provided under a separate agreement
All work we carry out for a client is governed by a written agreement signed by both parties, covering scope, deliverables, timescales, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, data processing and termination.
If anything in these website terms conflicts with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence for the work covered by it.
No guarantee of results
The outcome of any automation work depends on factors outside our control — how your business runs, how you follow up the enquiries the system produces, your market and your capacity. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular level of enquiries, bookings, revenue or return.
Our content
The content, design and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
Third-party services and links
This site embeds a booking calendar provided by Cal.com and, for clients, takes payments through Stripe. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for the content or availability of third-party sites we link to.
Availability
We don't guarantee that this site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it without notice.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and in relation to your use of this website:
- We exclude all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute or common law, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We aren't liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or loss or corruption of data, whether direct or indirect.
- We aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
- We aren't liable for any loss arising from you acting, or not acting, on general information published on this site.
Our liability for the services we deliver to clients is dealt with in the signed agreement for that work, not here.
These terms are aimed at business users. If you're a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
